Our Black Friday sale is now underway! All of our 100% USA made products are 15% off during the sale, NOW through 11:59pm November 29.

    Use coupon code "BFTW".

Our ULTIMATE Lift hood struts are the only ones available for Toyota trucks that offer you the flexibility to have your truck's hood open to any height between stock and up to 8" above stock, for unparalleled access and lighting. No one else offers this kind of flexibility.

Spiker kits feature USA made premium OEM-quality struts (black enameled), heavy gauge mounting brackets (powder coated in gloss black), and heavy duty multi-grip rivets. All components in our kits have been designed and sized to work perfectly in your truck, with quality, longevity, and warranty that is the best in the industry.

Solid deal! So if install these before getting ditch lights how should I know how high to raise it?

Good question! Ideally you would have the lights in place before installing the hood struts, that will guarantee that you have clearance.

Having said that, we've never seen ditch lights that interfere at < +4" height, and most can easily accommodate up to +6". Beyond that, I'd suggest either installing the lights first, or checking with someone who has your lights to see how high above stock they can raise the hood.

Worst case scenario, you can always relocate the hood brackets if you need to change the opening height.

Great info! Yeah I don’t have lights yet. Still building it out. Stuff gets expensive. I’m also not sure how I want to do the wiring just yet. To be honest, I was originally going to get the no drill ones but tying it into the ground bolt sounds sketchy. Drilling into my hood just makes me nervous bc I don’t want to screw it up. YouTube always makes things look easier.

Drilling is not bad, and we give you a drill stopper to avoid drilling too far. Just mark the hole location(s), tap it with a center punch, then drill will a sharp drill bit.

Today is the last day of the sale! It's good to procrastinate, but not to be too late :).
