My 2016 Taco access cab was quite noisy in the rear of the cab while driving on dry pavement. I have all season tires on it now, so that is not the problem.
My husband spent a good part of his weekend adding Dynapad in the rear area, but also noticed there are vents in the rear to pressurize the cab when the doors are closed.
I still have the rear road noise but not as bad. Is there something that can be done with the vents to help with this noise?

    Thank you.

I used some foam rubber like used for pillows. Cut to the shape of the vent and placed inside the plastic housing. A piece of tape across just to help secure. Still allows air to pass through for cabin pressure, but does help a little with sound reduction.

moisture resistant open cell foam in the vents, making sure to not prevent the flaps from moving

A few have put a pool noodle between the bed and cab below the vents in order to keep road noise from coming up the back wall of the truck.
