May as well keep this going…

Next is a all fiberglass, steel frame 6x12’ Shuttle brand trailer made in Alberta, Canada. eh. Weight according to the rating plate is 900lb.
Truck is a 2013 tundra limited. Mods include missing center caps, trd cat back, sway bar and supercharger.

Curious.....does the 1366 lb include the undercarriage and running gear or just the shell??

You are quickly approaching the dry weight of a small folding camper.

    Great build.

so that was trailer (5-600lb), camper, 40lb water, 65lb of bikes, plus at least 150 lb of gear inside the camper.
My best guess was the camper, with the slide was 350ish lb

Got the maxair fan installed, Seems pretty nice, i went for the “exhaust” only version as most of the reviews I reAd no one ever used the “intake” function.

Advantage of maxxair vs fantastic fan was the built in rain hood, which is an additional cost with the fantastic fan.

My girl picked the bed situation. They are “disc-o-beds” and can go up to 3 high which in funky. Quality is awesome and still allows the trailer to haul cargo because nothing is fixed. They were about $500 CAD from costco.

Finally comitted to the fireplace location and punched the hole

ran a simple 12volt system around the perimeter of the trailer. I used PEX water pipe for conduit because I had some so why not.

polished the entire outside, holy smokes that was a task and a half, it was chaulked pretty bad. Many beers were drank during that job. Still have to do the fenders.

My friend made me up a sweet 24ga galv. rain cover for the dickinson stove chimney.
Peened seam on the top, 1/4” burred edge with a spot welded 3/4” ring for the weather seal flange on the bottom, and all sealed up with tin/lead solder on all joints using a 1lb soldering iron, muratic acid flux, and a soldering pot.
old school sheet metal stuff right there

Finally sold the camper! my buddy took the trailer and a cute young couple drove 2.5 hours to come get the camper, they seemed genuinly stoked about the entire build.
I was confused as to how it would fit, but we managed :)

Going a different route and selling the bunk beds. They are sweet but make the space awkward.
I am no engineer, but did my best to put the load of the bed onto the floor as opposed to the wall. Slats and ply are all free floating for quick removal as it is still used to haul a snowmobile.
Used Linseed oil again, I just love that stuff.

@WarrenG bunkbeds are cool for kids. The platform bed is much better for adults.
