Currently waiting for a refund from the seller after a misunderstanding.

 

I had two sets of these. He got one and you got the other.

 

So both sets are gone?

 

Unknown at this point. I haven’t received a tracking number or a refund and my money has been in his hands for 5 full days now. Still waiting on either. Seller says he is in the hospital and unable to use his phone around medical equipment.

 

So far seller has blocked my number and will only reply via PM. It’s been proven my number is blocked because I contacted him via another number through text and it went through. Seller told me FRIDAY 11/5 he would provide me tracking info (which never came) and after I became privy to info showing that another buyer had received the tires, I confronted the seller via a phone call and I was told I would receive a refund.

Now 5 days later I’m being told he is waiting to see if the tires were indeed picked up from his job and shipped to me. He is claiming he is in the hospital and unable to find out shipping info nor give me a refund.

I have no tracking number and I have no packages on the way to the address I gave him. I checked with UPS.

I’m not sure why he chooses to not be legit when the buyer who did pay for and receive the set he sold vouched for him and said everything went smooth.

Seller is claiming he has 2 sets but here we are.

 

He isn’t the type to scam anyone. He’s been around here and the local FB groups for a long time. Calm down. You seem like the type who doesn’t get an immediate answer so you blow someone’s phone up. I probably would have blocked you too.

I’m sure OP will contact you soon. Relax brother. Life is too short. People have lives and full time jobs, finding the time to ship things can prove difficult sometimes.

 

Please. I’ve been more than patient….he has $800 of mine and I have nothing to show for it so far. I have a life and a full time job….too. Seller and I are both grown men. I’m just looking for an answer as to if there really is a 2nd set (which obviously is not advertised on the listing….we all see one set of 4 tires and no mention of more quantities) and they are on the way to me or where my refund is (that was told to me on the phone by him). We are only as good as our word, no? I’m not asking for anything outlandish, just a fair transaction with either a tracking number or refund.
