Camburg UCA squeak

    Alright TW, I just do not know where to go from here.

    I have the camburg ball joint (not uniball) UCA’s and I’ve must’ve greased these damn things 10 times on the bushings and 3x on the ball joint Zerg fitting.

    They will not stop speaking, it’s beyond obnoxious at this point.

    Ive used the Lucas red n tacky grease and just switched to the green stuff to see if that did anything. Nope, still not a damn thing.

    I’m about to take these off and sell them for something else if I cannot figure it out.

    Do you loosen the UCA nuts/bolts before pumping? There is a procedure you need to follow to grease the pivots (not the bj)

    Yup, I loosen em and pump enough in there to see it expand then tighten it back down.

    Huh. That’s my only guess. Mine have been quiet for 30k and I seldom grease them at all.

    Hope you get some more ideas, good luck
