That’s good to know.. I figured if I have to replace them already then it’d be better to get some with a little more head room so I’m not doing this again soon. Also I’ll be going turbo one day, so I’m trying to prepare it for that as well little by little.

625cc sounds about right, but I’m relying on my 5th a good bit with my tune right now. I figured that one could possibly benefit from a bigger injector as well.

Thanks for the info, this sounds like something I may look further into. There are a couple of stations that sell e85 in my area and I have always wondered what kind of difference it could make. Can you tell a difference when running a 91-93 tune vs the e85 one?

Ive never ran 91-93. I imagine you could tell a big difference in your back pocket though lol e-85 is like $1 cheaper per gallon than premium here. Mapecu3 is only meant to handle ~2x stock injectors; I know the aux injector is a separate table, but I would wonder how well it could pull from bigger primaries if you had a 5th that was 3x stock size spraying. @MadTaco461 is the guru of these things though so he may have a differing opinion

Lol yeah i've noticed that too! It has been tempting me, it's like cheap race gas you just have to be set up for it and be able to tune.

Are you saying i may run into issues with the 5th pulling too much and the primaries not getting enough fuel? The URD kit came with a 61lb 5th so i am not too worried about stepping up a size on that. Everything is boosted referenced as well so that might help. Are you running your setup boost referenced or working with the stock 43.5 psi?

I am boost referenced, what I'm saying is the Mapecu3 can only tune down larger injectors (primaries) so much and if you add an even larger 5th it may not be able to pull enough fuel out. I haven't messed with the aux injector table ir even looked at it, but I assume you can leave the 5th off until a certain psi is reached so it may not be an issue at all, butnif there is always some signal going to the 5th and it may cause a rich tune in vacuum because of the lack of ability to tone the injectors down enough

    A thing or two...
The 5th inj only sprays when commanded. He'd just tune it to spray at higher rpm/boost and for whatever duty cycle, so it shouldn't be an issue with the larger primary injectors. Personally, I'd tune as far as I could with the primaries, then add in the 5th and pull back the primary tune some so they're not running maxed out.

Well I didn't drive anything for 4 weeks after my ACL surgery, I jumped my battery off and drove it 20 minutes or so, and the battery was dead the next day. That's what I get for swapping in an ac Delco 5 years ago when the Toyota battery went out lol. I've just been driving the RAV4 for the last few weeks. When we get back from the cruise we are heading to right now, I'll get a new battery and start rolling it around again
