What set up is recommended for King extended travel and Icon RXT leafs set at option 3 max load? And are these in stock? @ARCHIVE

Unfortunately the Hammer hanger are made to order and @ARCHIVE does not keep them "in stock." When you say "King Extended travel," do you already have a 12+ inch conversion in the rear? With the RXT option 3, I would set them at the furthest rear setting. I also highly recommend the curved crossbar far more rigidity but you will need to relocate your spare tire under your truck. With your set-up, you will notice a difference right away.

extended travel kings part number “ext” at the end, not long travel so no extension in the rear. Factory set up.

All you need is the Hammer hangers, you can reuse stock shackles. If your spare tire is relocated, then for best ride quality and ultimate durability, I recommend the cross tube. Lead time is on our site description

Are extended brake lines required or anything additional?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on Hammer Hangers, Ubolt flip, cross tube, etc.

Setup is factory travel Eibach rear shocks, Icon RXT leaf pack at Option 1 (lowest amount of lift), looking to do hammer hangers for better ride quality more than anything.

What benefit do the fabbed shackles provide?

Ask your shock manufacturer, that's the limiting factor

Please search the thread, I explained this a few times

Shackles don't have much effect on ride quality IMO, it's all in the Hammer hangers and cross tube

Get some extended brake lines. It’ll be the cheapest thing you do back there and you won’t risk using the factory ones as limit straps. Best to measure and see if they’re actually needed, but no one does that. Some say the new steel ones don’t balloon out like the OEM ones and help braking a bit. I noticed more when swapping the fronts.

Swapped out front and rear with +4s, one of the first things I did so I wouldn't have to worry when I started messing with suspension. Think I felt a difference, but not entirely positive.

He's got the strike through scarlet letter on his username...but he's not on the roster in the banned member thread yet. I imagine the jury is deliberating. This thread got cleaned up of his antics in the last few hours. Let that be a lesson: fuck around & find out. Archive runs a tight ship, and makes a helluva portfolio of products. All of his threads are a goldmime of information for the uninitiated...but you gotta do some legwork before expecting a handout!

I deleted my posts. I’ve read this whole thread and there is a lot of good information. No need to clutter it with extra BS. Sorry if I got a little extra there.

Hard not to sometimes. Some folks just like to bring that side out in people. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

I've read the first post and many others throughout this thread, and want to make sure I understand everything correctly.

I currently have stock leaf pack and a 3 leaf AAL to provide 1.5" of lift. The Hammer Hangers with 3.6" shackle will not generate any extra lift (unless it's V1 which can add a small amount 1/4-1/2"). However, the Hammer Hangers will allow me to increase travel to 12", which will match the 2.5" x 12" shocks mated to the Archive Garage shock relocation kit.

Therefore, I can keep the stock leaf pack and 3 leaf AAL and do not need to swap my leaf pack correct?

Good reading except the stock springs are stuck around 10-11" travel, because of their low arch, so stock leaves will become the limiting factor with 12" shocks. You can of course still do the shock relocation.
Most aftermarket springs can do 12"
