Anyone know where it was originally and if it’s important to replace Asap Thankyou !! Including picture of the part

Cat heat shield rear clamp and front has 2 bolts/nuts - if yours is even still there. Pass side does not have one.
Do a search and lots of posts.

That clamp goes on the AFT end of the cat shield. The clamp is P/N 9008046121 and bolt is P/N 91511B0614. Same thing happened to me a few years ago where I developed the rattle noise and noticed that my clamp had rusted through leaving the clamp just dangling around.

There’s been more than one guy DIY that problem.

These, the whole pack, are cheaper than 1 clamp from Toyota. Even a regular stainless screw clamp should work.

Ya I was thinking about using those or heavy duty stainless hose clamp the stock clamp isn’t very different , just wanted to make sure it wasn’t gonna be a issue driving without it for a couple days . Thanks for the replies!

Considering that some guys don’t even have the shield period.
I’m thinking a “couple days” probably isn’t going to be detrimental

See post 13 & 14 here. These guys are still active on the forum.
As far as I know they are still going just fine with out them?

No heat-shield isn’t a horrible thing but can expedite rust on the frame potentially due to the heat.

I don't have a shield on mine, been that way for a really long time. No issues here. The same exact thing happened to mine except on mine the bolt 1000% seized and there was no removing it so I just trashed the shield.
