    Sure.
The removable part is at the tailgate connection though...

Update: I got my 8 pin connector in and the Natika backup camera. Using the wire diagram provided I did a test to see if it would run off the factory plug without having to find 12v power from another location and bam it worked. I cut the RCA cable and wired straight to the 8 pin as well. Now I gotta install it and make it pretty.

Excellent. You should have the connector covers for the disconnected one.

Yeah im trying to get a hit on google for a cover. If I cant find one I might 3d print one myself or just buy the pin it yourself plug and just fill it in with epoxy.

The 2nd Gen had them in the "glove" compartment, complementary. Can't see they charge you for a set since it's in the Owner's manual.

Do you happen to have a link for the 8 pin connector?

They make rear backup cameras with an OEM connector. So you can simply unplug your stock tailgate camera and plug the new one in. Its plug and play. I was just looking into this recently too.

Any reason why this harness wouldn’t work on a ‘21? When I look it up at a online Toyota parts dealer it says it doesn’t fit.

I don’t have the 360 cameras, just the std tailgate camera.

The camera harness connector is different.
    From 4 slot connectors:

Check under the tailgate to make sure what you have...

How does this work with the 4 pin connector? And I'm guessing if I cut the AV plug off, whatever wire is inside that isn't red corresponds to the black wire?

Which wires did you hook up to the 8 pin plug? Wondering if I can decipher it to work with the 4 pin connector.

I actually figured it out, ha. If you've got the 4 pin that I linked. You get 4 wires. Pin 1 - yellow, 2 - black, 3 - gray, and 4 - blue. That's with the clip/buckle at the top. Since the gray was the only wire with power, I connected the red wire from the Natika camera harness to that. Black with red stripe to the blue wire for ground? Then I clipped the AV plug and trigger wire off and wired those directly to the black and yellow wires. Red off the camera to the yellow on the 4 pin plug and yellow off the camera to the black on the 4 pin. Then I plugged it in to test. Worked right off the bat.

Not the topic of the thread but would you mind sharing as to if you noticed a difference in the video quality? I know those with the 360 cameras have especially bad quality but I believe those with 2020+ and standard cameras also state somewhat low quality from the factory stuff. It would be interesting to know if a different camera changed quality at all
