    So if a handicap van pulls up and hits the button for automatic door and fold down ramp, who would be the asshole? Personally, I still say the Honda. I think every handicap sign should have another below it with the phone number of up to five tow companies that are authorized to work the lot. Or one dispatch number that is on duty 24/7 to send whoever is closest.
