    Yeah... any beach house is out of our price range. Don't mean to be presumptuous but unless one has $$$$$ you can't buy anything near the coast. My parents bought their house in Solana Beach for $10,500 in 1956 and it is valued on Zillow at $2.3 mil right now :eek:. The house is nothing special but it's 50 yards from the beach.

    It was so long ago I honestly can't remember if I saw any seals; but I do remember walking out on a very long pier to fish and there were wild cats all in the rocks.
