You may want to change the title of your post.

So you were getting power to the starter but it wasn't doing anything so you ran a jumper to it and then it cranks but doesn't start? Seems kinda odd that the starter would work with a jumper wire but not from the factory wire if it had power on the factory wire.
I've attached the relevant wiring diagrams below, if you can provide more information I can maybe figure out how/what you need to test next.

From your initial post you make it sound like you bought the truck without starting it or driving it, got it home and when you tried to start it is when the problems began. If that’s the case you you should contact whoever you bought it from and get as much information about the problems with the truck as you can. That might at least give you an idea of what all is going on with it and what direction to take. There may be a lot of problems with this truck.

I think I would want to check voltage drop on main powers and grounds before going down a rabbit hole on anything else, it sounds like a main power or ground issue to me.

Remove each relay one at a time in the engine compartment, Clean the pin connections and replace the relay. Physically check each and every fuse to see if they haven not blown.

Wiring all by it's self generally does not go bad it usually needs help from a hack. Look for some thing that has been tinkered with taped up etc. While you are at it remove and clean the battery cables and posts to rule that out.

Time for a Meter a test light only tells you so much..

Have you pulled any codes ??

Fresh Gasoline ? Some goes bad really fast.

I really hope the price was a few hundred dollars.
