You ain't kidding..... My sister was still living there until around 2000, then she moved to Long Beach for a few, and has been in Lakewood since 2007. I haven't done more than just a slow drive through South Gate just to see what it looks like, since my sister moved, and our parents sold their house there and moved. But yes, it is hugely different than when I was growing up there in the 70's/80's......

My cleanest UCA bolt extraction yet. Couple small bends and the bolt slid right out. Normally have to go ham on the fender apron.
