I took the truck for a drive. There is no wind noise or trouble with doors closing.PXL_20211122_153924826.jpg

First one done, tested with 120 psi and no leaks. The last picture you can barely see the baffle to make the coolant flow right.

Honestly? Neither. I'd take it to a body shop. Yeah, it's easy to pull that out, but it's even easier to over-pull it. That metal is thin, but the reinforcing ribs mean that it's not going to react just like a piece of sheet metal, and unless you have a lot of experience with that, I'd be hesitant as it's really easy to make it even worse than it is now.

I'm guessing that could probably manage 1200 psi without any issue.

I usually leave whatever round up is left in my sprayers and put them in the well house to keep them from freezing. Then next spring have to clean them because the liquid has turned to a nasty film. I had an idea, rinse them with water then run some RV antifreeze through them and leave them in the shop, nothing in them to freeze or gum up.

    A thing or two...
    I'm right there with you.

That sucks. Glad to hear it isn't bad.

Probably not. I had a tree fall from the neighboring yard onto my truck, and the neighbor's insurance wouldn't cover anything since the tree fell onto my property. I had to go through my insurance.

I just put a new pump on my pressure washer this year so when I ordered it I also ordered a can of pressure washer antifreeze lubricant. Stabil who makes it. Screws on where the garden hose would attach.

It's a vacant lot. I know who owns it and he knows I have been dealing with his dead falls for years.

I discussed it with my insurance company, they said that's what your insurance is for. There is nothing I can do to make his insurance pay for my damages.

I'd love to see it come up for sale.

My lot is a full acre and the vacant one is the same.

2, full acres in the middle of town would be awesome!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I wish I could still be working !!

I hear about jobs some of the younger guys late 40`s and 50`s are working on and wish I could be there .

I was lucky back in the seventies I was heading for the pipe line in Alaska The ferry broke down . Quite possible that saved my life most all the welders died from breathing all the fumes being enclosed in the tents to weld.

    New poll!

They were talking about paying it forward on the radio, I’ve had someone pay for mine once but there wasn’t anybody behind me to pay for, hence the third option.

I guess I could do it from time to time though cause it was nice having it done to me.

Well sadly I think my season is over, just processed the 2nd pig and with the doe in the cooler my freezer is full, almost, just when the bucks started to mess up, will let the walk and watch them on camera. But full freezer and I’m not wasting any thing. Can even donate them here in Florida
