    Hello TW!

Well I’m fairly new to car forums, long time “browser” of them, and this one especially! Really glad to have access to the resources all of you have provided to the interwebs. I had purchased this 2006 Access Cab back in March and the list of items has constantly been growing. I really like the truck, but tbh, I really messed up and jumped into the purchase a little too quickly.. more frame damage than initially suspected, dishonest seller about scrapes and dings, and me being too excited to do the basics… check carfax, get inspection PRIOR to purchase. Lots of hard lessons learned, but I feel as though “better me than someone else”. Fortunately I haven’t had an issue doing any of the work myself (minus the frame repair) so it’s been a labor of love. I will have to make a post about the work I have done this far, but wanted to take a moment and introduce myself! Glad to be here!

Thanks for the Info! I definitely need to stay up on the rust preventative measures being in salt country here in the MidWest. Wish I could go back to the UP where they limit the amount of salt that is used.
