1998 tacoma 6"rough country lift

6" lift salvage title

Bought my daughter a1998 Tacoma with a rough country 6” lift already installed. Les Schwab says the adjustment is maxed out and caster is off. Tires are wearing on the inside. What do I need to do to correct this? This is third hand info from daughters step dad
