After many years of drooling at Tacomas passing by and camping out of my salvaged title IS300 (which I initially bought to build as a track car) I'm finally here. In the worst year to buy a truck of all. Luckily the chip shortage didn't take me down.

I have had so many plans for this truck and a future business along with it. I plan to turn it into a "Weekenderlander" of sorts but with all the necessary tools for SHTF scenarios. I'm talking a lighter load that a Overlander but attempting to pack in as much renewable tech and survival gear I can either find or create myself.

First things first though, I suspension and wheels! Problem is, the only wheels I truly love are out of stock all the time. The SCS BR6 are so hard to come by, but Im not the type to settle.

I have an Idea, but if you pros have advice on how ill be able to fit the BR6 in (17 X 8.5 -10mm) with 33" tire, Id love to hear it. Im planning on giving it a 3.5" lift all around. But I assume I will still need some trimming.

Thanks all! and look forward to being a part of the community!
