I have a 2006 Tacoma 6-cylander. that isn't starting. The repair shop says the ECM needs to be flashed. It has a technical support bulletin out against it saying this a known problem requiring flashing the ECM. (Problem is it will intermittently turn over but not start).

Dealers are closed for the holidays. Any way I can do this myself?
