I’ve got a hole in the wall barber, $12, perfect. I get my hair cut like 2 to 4 times a year, long then short in slow repetition.

I started cutting my own hair when the price went up to $0.75, I started with dog clippers. I use a Wahl today that is near forty years old with younger replacement parts. Let me tell you, I look good.

And the amount of distance goes down, the older we get.

    HEY!! Another mini-schnauzer owner......

I do the grooming on my mini-schnauzer. His first groom, the groomer quicked all 14 of his nails. That was 5 years ago, he is still very twitchy about his nails. 1 paw = 1 treat. I started with 1 nail = 1 treat.

Generally, you are correct but for me, wherever you are, near or far, I still look good.

I get a mid-high fade once a week for 35$ and I haven't been to the club in years

These guys are busy af, some of them work 7 days a week. They are constantly fixing haircuts from the chain stores that charge the same or higher

When the Covid shut downs started I spent $24.00 on an electric trimmer. Wife cuts my hair, she does a good job. My haircuts have that 2 week lived- in look.
