    Someone can.

That would be your insurance adjuster and/or a quality body shop foreman.

No one on the intrawebs can make an estimate from one photo and no specifications on the truck outside of a year and hoop scoop.

Well, except the guys going with totaled. They are probably close. The interior damage from airbag deployment and replacement bags will be a few grand alone.

    Hoping all walked away healthy.

Another vote for referring to the adjuster, but I think it's dead Jim

Very totaled, it would be cheaper to replace it with a new used truck that it would be to fix it.

Your going to need everything firewall forward, half the interior, and a new frame. Also possible engine/transmission damage.

My wife was hit at least that hard from the back sitting at a light. Estimated speed of the driver who hit her was 50+ MPH and the driver never hit their brakes. That was a frame replacement and a new bed for greater than ~$27K. Sure looks like a frame replacement, a front clip and add another $10K for steering and suspension and who knows what in the way of wiring and drive train internal damage and more in front of the fire wall. I also would find it hard to believe that the sheet metal damage doesn't go beyond just the front clip. Take that and add another $5K+ from deploying most of the driver and passenger air bags and you've got to be equal to or over 100% of fair market value of a 2016 unless it was a garage queen with virtually no miles. And even so, who would want it?

Count your blessings if you were in it and are still able to ask about the cost to repair and then move on. Best of luck with whatever you decide.
