Our little girl we adopted 2 weeks ago. About 4.5 months old now, does anyone know what she might be? She was flown from Miami to Nj at about 1 month old, sadly her 2 siblings passed before they were found abandoned in Miami. She’s so sweet and loving. Someone said American pitBull terrier with lab mix, maybe some Vizsla. We want to get one of those dna tests at some point from embark, what are your thoughts?

This is the same place I used to bring Riley. Kimo gets wigged out at new places. He’ll get better with that as his experience grows.

Played for about 30 minutes. He did really well. Lots to sniff and a football field in size to run. I’m keeping him on 100’ training lead until I’m sure I have 100% off lead control.

Oh yeah. If your dog is a gulper, try one of these.

Anybody build a wood frame around their dog cage to clean it up?

    Like an indoor kennel frame?

I did...we did a double kennel with a wood floor, 3 sides, and a top

It gave us storage for keeping their food and treats plus contains the hair and dirt for easy vacuuming.

The base or floor we fixed carpet to the underside so it would sit on our hardwood floors without scratching and helps us slide it if we need to get to the plug behind it etc

It's painful for me to see the puppy stay on a cable most of the day but I fear she would find a way out of the fenced in yard at this point, if we let her run all day. When I get home and ask her if she wants off of there she turns head like she's trying to understand 20211129_140957.jpg 20211129_140956.jpg

Yes. Not looking to do anything crazy. Was thinking something like this to just make it nicer and be able to use it as a table top to put other things on.

My Lab used to be a digger. He would tunnel out of the yard everyday until I finally walked the property (1 acre) and reinforced every low spot on the fence till he gave up. Now he just sits at the gate giving me the stinkface lol.

Excuse the mess...things are getting piled on top while we clean and decorate for Christmas

We used a pair of blackout curtains stapled to the top because the dogs bark at literally everything when they're in their kennels...turn off the lights and they stop...sooo its kind of like when bird people cover their bird cages

It gives me a place to prepare 3 food bowls, plus the cat food sits up there and gives the asshole a place to eat without the dogs trying to get his food...dog food canisters sit nicely...flat space to store a drawer for treats, and a flat place for their e-collars when charging or not being worn
