As soon as you leave the dirt road, you must expect things going boom, so budget 25% of gross income every year for repairs if you plan on wheeling. Sometimes it ends up with write off :anonymous:

Basic water crossing above wheel hubs is going to shorten life span of wheel bearings and other electricals under the truck, like your actuators
Any mud inside frame is going to cause slow rust
Tree pin stripes and gouges on body
Worn suspension from all the flexing and going fast for fun
More often fluid change and maintenance
Bigger tires more stress on truck
Worn pulleys, to replace lowest pulley you need to remove oil cooler!
    the list goes on...

So, it's a good time to learn how to DIY, good thing this forum is full of awesome people and information how to DIY :bananadance:

Install one of these as soon as they get back in stock!

One of the best forms of protection for your vehicle on the trails.

Even more so than skid plates.

The Jeep guys found out about it, so they sell out like hotcakes...

I don't mind the idea of extra maintenance or replacing a noisy bearing when I have some spare time. I just need to be able to get to work on Monday....maybe a spare set of wheels is in order

    Exactly!

Picked these up at a real bargain, now can somebody suggest to me the brightest cheapest spots/leds to mount on them?

Would just check out Amazon. Can usually get a pack for real cheap. A majority of my lights are Amazon specials. Usually just put a bit of silicon around the lense and by the wire.

Personally, I would stay as far as humanly possible from those mounts - they are asking for nothing but trouble.
that screw is a pinch point on your hood, if you tighten it too hard, you bend the steel. meaning flake the paint, and rust almost immediately.
    cheap stuff is expensive.
    Look at these; https://setoverland.com/toyota-tacoma-parts-2016/
    @Ralf makes them.

however in regards of the spots/ pods. any cheap ass thing on Amazoom works just fine but understand 90% of those pod lights are dinky 3W LEDs and individually throw fark-all for light.
If you want the cheapest yet brightest - I run these; Auxbeam pods. yes they can cook at 15W per LED, but they throw a mean beam. (get the flood beams for ditch lights, the spot beams are a true spot). dont seem to have degraded over the 8 months i ran them.

Any moisture inside those? I have couple of princes auto and Amazon specials and there's moisture in them now. They still work fine though but I hate seeing water in there

One Amazon review out of 72 mentioned moisture getting in, so that's 1.3%.

Late for this but Novoresume is really good. I think you just need to sign up with email.

Cover letter is mandatory for some of positions, typically they'll let you know in the job ad. Keep your eyes peeled for formatting too because sometimes they'll want cover letter AND resume in the same document.
