The Jet Sleds that make sense length-wise on a DCSB will slightly overlap side to side if you use two. Mine sit under a platform and I don't like that they ovrlap. Sometimes just use one to avoid that. I have wondered though, about cutting one in half, narrowing it, and plastic welding it back together. Maybe too much trouble though.

You could get one large and one medium and they would probably fit side to side without overlapping.

For those of you with carpeted shells (mines an ARE MX), how is the Velcro holding your lights up working out? I have 2 National Luna Touch lights I need to mount and I’m trying to decide if Velcro will hold up in the FL heat or should I fab a mount off the windoor screws. Sure wish the fiberglass was thick enough for short screws.

VooDoo makes this one. I'll actually put it up for sale soon. I love it but I have everything in a recovery box now.

Thanks. It looks different and much more shallow than the ones on the website now. I'm sure you probably won't want to ship it, but if you do I'd be interested.

It comes apart and can be boxed up. It can be shipped but I'm sure it'll be expensive!

I have tried velcroing those led puck lights to the headliner but they don’t stay long. Road vibration, heat, gravity in some combination means no bueno. I also have the under rail led bed lights bought from a vendor here, but they went bad after a year or so.

That’s what I was afraid of with the Velcro. Sounds like it’s time time to fab up a simple mount.

I put velcro on the light strips I got from my @mattgecko kit. Zero issues.

The velcro held for me but the adhesive that held the strip lights to the velcro did not(Florida Heat). I zip tied the velcro to the strip light every foot or so, no issues since then. you can see it pulling away but the velcro is strong enough to keep everything in place.

Mine did the same thing (GA/FL coastal border here). The zip ties worked just great!

Front hitch, 5100's, 885's, Snugtop XV, Slimline II, Sumos, bed platform, AAL, interior LED lights in cab and bed, exterior camp/backup LED's, Rigid DOT Fogs and D2 Pro Spots, Mega Ultra +130 bulbs, heavy-duty fog light, spot light, and low beam wiring harness, Weathertech mats, Re-routed dif breather and A/C drip line, dash cam, front and side cameras, anytime rear camera and nav, Blue Seas fused bus bars to cab and bed, heavy-duty bus bar w/Anderson quick disconnects under the hood for powering winch, solar, air compressor, and other accessories.
In January of last year, I ordered a GFC SuperLite. That opened up the bed for a multitude of projects. First, I built a dual slide for my fridge/stove and installed it in place of the full bed platform. At the same time, I built a 7 gal. water supply, powered by a Flojet pump, to provide water for the "kitchen" and other washdown purposes.

Ultimately, I decided to remove it from the slide and have it more portable.

The next project was to redesign my solar setup and move it to the bed. I added a dedicated 100ah SOK LiFeP04 battery, Victron Dc-to-DC non-isolated charger, and a 1500w inverter.

This setup powers a box with 4-circuits of Anderson connectors. These circuits are used for the fridge, water pump, power outlet/USB ports for the RTT, and other accessories. Beneath the circuit box is a panel with the remote inverter switch, a solar charge controller monitor, and a battery monitor.

Above the circuit box on the bed rail is a 2 awg circuit (terminated with an SB-175 Anderson connector). This allows me to run my cradled winch in either the front or rear hitch. It is also a good power source for my air compressor.

The Blue Seas 6-circuit fuse box in the bed is still connected to the Northstar X2 AGM starter battery.

My last project that I just completed is a half platform that I integrated with my dual slide.
