Electric Lime Metallic Thread

I've only seen the lime green 4runner in the wild and have to admit, it didn't look too bad with black accents and wheels. Anything else would look like crap.

I could see myself owning the 4runner.

Have yet to see the electric lime green Tacoma.

 

laguna seca blue is better

 

Estoril blue was better than all of them.

 

I was told I was 6th in line when I ordered mine. The dude also didn't realize you couldn't pull it up on the website so I honestly have no clue who to believe lol.

 

I hope you are joking. It is the least desirable color by far. You cant even sell a Phoenix yellow E46 in my area. Interlagos Blue on the other hand....

 

Phoenix yellow with the cardinal seats.... thats the hard one to sell.

Ok. Please point me to these undesirable PY E46 M3s in your area, I’ll happily buy them. Not even joking.

Interlagos is beautiful but it only came on the ZCPs, so of course it commands a premium. You can also include LSB, Imola, Alpine, and basically anything with the cinnamon interior in that list.

I could almost guarantee you that color combo would command big $ these days purely for the rare factor.

 

It does for sure. The biggest problem with the unique color combos is finding the buyer. I remember on e30s the hounds tooth seats were shunned by everyone at first, then they became the most valuable ones to have.

My dad is getting a new x5, I told him to get Atlantis blue with red leather because it will be worth more later. I think he got atlantis with black though

 

The best part about forums is how frequently people are confidently incorrect.

Yellow E46 M3s are easily double the cost of black and silver ones. Laguna Seca ones are generally within a few % of the yellow ones as well. Unique colors will always have a premium in desirable models.

 

Phoenix Yellow is the best BMW color. I detailed a new X5M in Dravit Grey Metallic over the summer. very nice color too

 

I’ll take a clownshoe, cause you know, least desirable colour AND ugly car. What a gross ugly car. What were they thinking when they even made that thing right?

I've detailed one of those too. that generation of the Z3 was very quirky

 

I had a Baltic blue metallic Celica. I loved that car.

 

One thing about that color- how will it look with some mud? Maybe good maybe bad. Does it hide dirt at all? My BBP gets dirty fast but looks decent with brown mud.

 

If electric lime is even close to this. It will be biggly popular

 

Planned on a Red TRD Pro for years but sort of glad it wasn't available. Looking forward to Electric Lime Pro being the last truck I ever have to buy.

 

My husband and I have our order in for the electric lime pro. We are so excited for a fun, unique color.
