You get it when compressing the suspension going over large speed bumps or through a pot hole? It’s aggravating. I took mine to the dealer three times to have it addressed, including riding with a technician, and specifically asking them to check the body mounts. They’re either incompetent or unwilling to help. Let me know if you have better luck.

My body mount bushings have gone bad, it sounds like squeaky leaf springs. They seem to go out prematurely granted mine only made noise after 140k miles and serious amounts of off-roading. Many threads on here about it. How many miles on the truck? Wheel bearings that are going out can make clicking noise when driving over pot holes and bumps.

My truck has 70k milez, i just dont here a clicking noise or a metal on metal clunk, so im leaning twards not a body mount issue. The noise goes away sometimes, and sometimes i hear it by my passenger side, but usually on the driver side, and when i do hear it on the passenger side its much more faint

With that mileage your UCA bushing and LCA bushings should still be good. Sway bar bushings perhaps? is suspension performance worse than it used to be? as in harsher ride, more frequent bottom outs. The stock shocks can start to go around that mileage. Mine were bad at 50k.
