    Afternoon stockers :hattip:

Got my documents ready to sign a bunch of stuff tomorrow for the house. Hopefully all will go well. The sellers are being super cool about the whole thing so far. They just recently bought it at auction and we're gonna do a couple things to it, but I said don't worry about it I will take care of it. I did have to stop by and recheck the carport height. Was thinking last night it was awfully low. I have a good 7' 8" to work with, so unfortunately I'll have to order a 9' x 6'6" garage door. The only place that can get me one of those is Menard's, which I'll have to drive 2.5 hours all the way into Morgantown, WV to get it. There's a delivery option, but there's no telling how much freight that would be. It's a tank of gas for the Tacoma and we've never been in that area so we'll make a short day trip out of it. That's after it takes over a month to get in o_O Maybe I can get @MoneyMan55 to help me put it in :D

Also will have to learn septic systems, well's, and water softeners. Oh joy...

Getting winter tires mounted. I should really buy a second set of wheels for our cars before spring.

I've said this several times in various threads and posted these pix a few times too.....but OE steelies can be had for cheap. I paid $50 for mine. That's what I run my snow tires on. Very convenient to have a second set of wheels.

Then you should have plenty of money to buy someone else's steelies and have a lot of change leftover.

Little dick hates the shoebox so I put it in a milk crate while I buy wood chips to fill my luggage crate.

I never used them much....plus I wanted a dedicated snow tire. Much more usable for the kind of winters we have.

Threw them up on CL for $1000 a couple of years ago and had people practically fighting over them.
