I pulled apart the front differential actuator to check the little motor and realized the gears inside dont spin freely. Shouldn't you be able to spin those around. I checked and the motor works but the little gears dont spin at all. The black seal was bad and allowed water to get all inside. Now I think it's seized up. Do they sale that rubber seal? Thanks

I don't think any parts are sold separately for the actuators, @6 gearT444E would probably know for sure.
If you can get it unstuck you could probably grease it good and seal it up with some RTV temporarily until you can get a different actuator, it's probably the gear in the picture below that is stuck.

Hey thanks for the reply. I couldn't see the image. I can spin it barely but I really have to try. I will take it apart and see what I can do.

Pull the main gear off. Get a nice set of vice grip pliers and work it back and forth with some lubricant such as wd40 or silicone spray. It’ll eventually loosen up

as for the rubber seal, I don’t believe parts are sold separate. Someone found a source online for the little dc motor that can replace the stock one. But I’d just use some RTV to reseal.
