Entune losing quick contact

I have 3 quick contacts set up on my home page Entune. Twice recently it has lost the 3rd contact and reset it back, leaving me with only 2.

Anybody else seen these?

I have a 2020 with AA.

 

Happened on my 2021 a few times. All my contacts disappear. Only way to get it fix is delete connected phone and reconnect. Have the dealer check it out and they found nothing.

 

This actually continues to happen to me. It’s annoying af. I’ve just been connecting to Car Play though and don’t even care anymore.

I’m hoping to replace the whole thing later in the future in my list of upgrades and whatnot. The head unit is glitchy all the time and sort of given up hope with it lol
