I have always wanted a large garage with a floor drain for washing vehicles!

I checked it out and it looks like its just a badge with some adhesive holding it on there. I contacted AVS and they confirmed that the emblem is just like a sticker. I'm sure a little bit of heat and it would probably come right off but I left it alone for now.
Yea their website is a little odd for the product, they also show a Tundra in the pictures as reference for the Taco o_O I would assume that all 3rd Gen hoods are identical but don't quote me on that

Got my SS3 Pro lights installed, no need to remove any panels, took about 5 minutes each side while being extra careful not to drop the screw or scratch the lights while lowering them into place.
Once it gets dark out I will work on their aim.
Just in time for a monster snow storm on Friday so hopefully I get to test out how well they work and if the Pros actually run hot enough to melt snow off of them.

One day my dude, I've got the same dream.

Maybe then crackheads wouldn't try running off with my tools while I'm working under the truck?

Same dream here too. I've built several versions of the dream garagemahal in Sketchup over the last few years while I build up the currency to actually build it in the real world. Current version of the building has about 7,000sqft of floor space split up between the garage, automotive/metal workshop, woodshop, drive-in paint booth, gym, in-law suite and other stuff. Ahhh, dreams....

Does anyone recommend a fuse to tap for constant power for a mini dash cam? (“Parking mode”)

and do I really need a harness? Cant I just slice the mini usb wire strait into the add-a-circut, and tap it in?

Hopefully today I’ll get a chance to switch out the oem license plate lights with the Morimoto parts. These look to be well made.

Added the header rail from the black friday sales and mounted my recovery boards onto it. Pretty happy with how compact it is instead of laying on the bed. Now I gotta figure out if I wanna run something on the other bed rail that doesnt have a shovel and hatchet mounted since I got 3 more of those T slot brackets

Speaking of header rail. Anyone have the part number for one of those black bolts that holds them on?

Oh jeez, no clue. I'd just take one off and go to a hardware store and try to find its cousin if you cant find its twin. T30 bolts should be pretty ubiquitous.

Garmin for example had parking mode built into their cameras but need their harness to provide the power while the vehicle is off. They have two types; one that requires it to be tapped into the fuse panel with an add a fuse and the newest one they have plugs directly into the OBD plug and provides two usb female plugs so that one can run two cameras. Use their newest one and have a front and rear camera and they work flawlessly.

I have the 67W for front and their Mini 2 for the rear with the OBD adapter for parking mode power. The USB cables that come with the cameras are long enough for front and the rear.

Here's a pic of my front camera, I don't have one of my rear camera yet but could later today.

I'm curious. Is there any glare in the backup camera when you throw it into reverse at night?
