    It’s not even rusty. Just did mine last week, used an adjustable wrench to hold the shaft on top and a ratcheting combination wrench for the nut. For mine with the rust I had to wire brush the exposed threads and work the nut back and forth with some tri flow in there too. Best of luck to you in your endeavors
