I searched the forum but didn't see this posted before. Got in my truck today and noticed air coming from the vents but the fan dial was off. So I turn it to high, fan goes to high, then turn it back to off. Fan still on high. Then I noticed the dial has this crack. I'm the only one with keys and I didn't hit it, the temps weren't anywhere near freezing nor hot, so I'm perplexed. How could this just happen?

It's a 13 year old truck. These things happen.
