    1) The engine's stroke length is selected such that you achieve complete combustion during the combustion phase. If it was spewing still burning fuel out the exhaust port, it would BURN THE EXHAUST VALVES.
    2) The amount of energy required to perform electrolysis at any meaningful rate, MASSIVELY exceeds the maximum output of any car's alternator, INCLUDING HO.
    3) Air is made up with several gases, including approximately 0.000055% H2 (hydrogen gas). This *incredibly small* amount is roughly an order of magnitude greater than what a hydrogen generator running off your alternator would make.

    In order for there to be a meaningful amount of hydrogen generated, your bucket of water would have to be bubbling like a witch's cauldron on CRACK.

    Try it out in a bucket with a manual battery charger first, just to see just how much current you need in order to make it bubble.

    I could be wrong but I think these systems are popular in India.
    They use them on motorcycles, I'll try to locate the info.
