Just bought this 2019 Trd Pro and it has these two wires and I’m wondering what they are. One is in the far back driver side of the truck. I’m thinking it could be to a camper shell.

The other one is a button next to the TPMS sensor reset and the handle to pop the trunk.

Not sure what either of them are. I would love somebody to tell me

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
You state 2 wires, but I think there are more than 2.
If the first photo is of the rear driver's side of the bed, it's likely for a cap (or camper shell as you call it). Depending upon how many individual wires are in that loom, it could be for the brake light on the cap and possibly a dome light that was in the cap.
As far as the push button switch on the dash, I think you'll have to trace the wires and see where they lead you. Looks like there are 2 wires there, one white & one black. I could think of numerous things it could have been used for, and it may just lead you to a latching relay that controlled lights or maybe a kill switch to baffle would be thieves. Or perhaps the push button is the latching type (push to energize, push again to deenergize). Hard tellin' not knowin'.

The one by the hood latch release looks like it might go through the firewall. Check behind the brakebooster to see if you can see any wires coming out from there. If not, you'll likely have to follow the wires as mentioned above to see where it's going. It could be literally anything from auxiliary lights to ignition kill/bypass.

The crap on the bottom of your dash is an aftermarket anti-theft system, like what the dealerships would have installed by contractors. Then they charge you 4x what they paid for it for some questionable protection at best. I would remove it. Trace where the wires go to and pull them out. Reconnect any T-harnesses or cut wires.

I've been that contractor in a past life... we charged around $400 and we see the invoice charging customers $1595... insane markup

I hear you. I had a stereo shop for 16 years. We did some work for the dealerships, but mostly custom jobs they needed and he occasional fix on a job done by their normal expeditors....

Of course we got the alarms for cheap and marked that up too...so everybody kinda wins except for the consumer purchasing the option. I feel they somewhat are deceptive into making it seem like its a OEM factory (dealer installed) option when its anything but. No extra remotes, uses input from oem keyless entry remote and horn honk instead of the annoying 6-siren aftermarket alarm. Fun times.. my back thanks me for not continuing that career.
