    Yea PA takes care of the retired/elderly. Lots of insurance options out there. We went through several surgeries and procedures for mother and there was no out of pocket cost.

    Home taxes can be kind of tricky though. Houses in the same area can be totally different tax wise, even with the same amount of land. That's why I'm buying an older house :D
