Goodmorning. I didn't have to go into work yesterday and that surprised me a little.
Have no idea what I'll do today but I do know that 3 day weekends are

If that Tundra I test drove a few weeks back was getting 9 mpg, what's this beast of a truck getting?

What say ye- it's overkill or I'd def run it?

If it's got the 6.7L diesel I'd guess 14-15mpg. Would I run one? Only if I didn't have to do any maintenance...the engine compartments on those are packed full.

I like it. Would keep the lights on the bumper and ditch the rest:rofl:
It's overkill a bit and how would that behemoth do offroad? Weight hampers a trucks ability in the offroad aspect sometimes.
Last week I was asking the welder dude who sits behind me how he likes his '21 Silverado crew cab Z71. He said it runs like a scalded dog, 6.2L and ten speed transmission and gets 20mpg average (but I think majority is highway).

As for if I'd drive it, it's a bit much for me. I'm not one to welcome assumptions as to the size of my package.

The fact that this truck was born a dual rear wheel judging by the bedsides and is currently single and also has 39's on beadlocks says what? I stared at this truck for a solid 10 minutes hoping the guy would walk up.

The dually bedsides could've come later, he does have widebody long travelish front fenders on it.

You never know the person I talked to just might have been burned out and just putting in his time.

I know another person owns the local John Deere dealership he still gets his hands dirty dresses like the techs in the shop he got the same type of response walking into a new welding supply distributor

Got three pins made, was going to drill a hole for the R clip but the clip is .047”, the pin is .098”. Wouldn’t be much left so I used a 3/64” end mill and made a .020” deep groove.

I lost one of those clips recently when putting the linkage to clutch master cylinder back together :annoyed:
I looked and looked, even fished around a bit with my magnet. My luck I'll discover where it went when it causes a short that let's the smoke out....
    I had a spare luckily.

That's affirmative. I don't believe you can get a 450 Single rear wheel. I could be wrong.
