    Why??

You can ship LIVE ammo, so why not empty cartridges with just primers. Can't remember but it was either UPS or FedEx only that supposedly would do it. Bought 20 boxes of .300 Win. Mag. and 15 or so boxes of 20 gauge slugs from different members on here with ZERO issues.

Affirmative you ship them as ammo.
I've done extensive research and this is allowed.

Unless you ship has hazmat for UPS you can. Also USPS prohibits shipping ammo. Do what you wish when shipping

Where does it say in the link you posted that you have to be hazmat certified to ship ammo or primed brass?
Please go save the world other places.

All you have to do is do to the ups hub and let them know your shipping ammo or primed brass and put the little diamond on the box.

But again you're not making a difference here. I'm a big boy.
