Picked up my new Taco 2 weeks ago.
I waxed it yesterday indoors and had the doors open and was listening to music when all of a sudden the music stopped. I went into the cab and saw the "check charging system" warning. I tried to turn over the truck but nothing happened but starter clicking.
I had to call a tow company to get a boost.

Anyways it goes to the dealer tomorrow to test the battery to see if its a dud. I have read online and on this forum that the Tacoma batteries are not that good.

They sell millions of vehicles every year, bound to have a few bad batteries here and there. The Dealership should install a new battery and have you on your way again.
