how much pollution takes place in the production of and commissioning of 1 wind generator? then how long does it take to offset that pollution by said generator? then whats the life span after it offsets that original pollution impact?

i think we've all seen the pictures of the graveyards of these things.

Well wind turbines are made largely from steel, the most recycled product in the world

 

Still better in my opinion than coal, gas generation. Perfect, no. Either is EV production.

 

Copper windings for the generator are recyclable. The blades are fiberglass however, from what i understand.

If this is how the new Tacoma will look, electric or not, it's encouraging. They are sticking to the North American styling over the Hilux's.

It's about time Toyota brings back an off-roader in the spirit of the FJ Cruiser or old Land Cruisers before they became luxury SUV
