I had sticky residue from plastic adhesive protective films along the door, the side view mirrors, and the front bottom corners of the bed that were getting dirty and looked really bad. I tried goo gone but even letting it soak for 5+ minutes resulted in nothing.

I read online and some folks suggested the Turtle Wax Label & Sticker Remover so I gave it a shot. This stuff was a miracle worker. Old and new residue just wiped right off after spraying it on and letting it soak for 30 seconds to a minute, almost no elbow grease required.

I wish I'd known how well this stuff worked when I replaced the TRD OR bed side sticker when I first got the truck. I absolutely recommend this product and will use it any other time I have any type of sticky residue on my vehicle.

Had a custom sticker made, and couldn't put it on, because I couldn't get the adhesive res off. Went and got a can of the Turtle Wax you recommended, and it came off like butter...literally. Thank you, now my taco has a new look.

Dude, this stuff really works. Spray on, wait at least a min, and you're golden.

Absolutely man. I went through a half dozen products before finding this one and it worked so well I figured I'd share the success.

I have always used GooGone for stuff like this and also used it to remove some spilled latex paint that was in the bed when I got it (the dealer knocked $200 off the price) but it was a lot of work. There's still some spots left and I'll be trying the TurtleWax remover to finish the job.

It's more pricey than I would normally spend for a product like that, good to know it works so I stop wasting time with the cheaper products!

I do a lot of boat lettering and graphics in my business and sometimes removing old names and the glue are a real PIA with most products. Will have to try some of this soon.

I had taken the clear paint protection film off the hood of the truck and it left a very sticky glue residue on the hood. Nothing touched it. We tried mineral spirits, brake parts cleaner, alcohol, 3M general adhesive remover, turtlewax, everything; yet nothing came close to touching it. I went by a graphics shop and they put me on “Rapid remover” and that stuff works!!! Using that along with a plastic squeegee and it came right off. This is commercial grade stuff and not the dilute store bought stuff. This is the stuff to use for stubborn glue residue. I’ll post before and after pictures.651D7220-CC9C-403E-8EAD-219DCC0EF895.jpg7431679F-80FF-497F-9AC0-4604D943926D.jpg

It’ll get the adhesive residue off. You want mild heat and a plastic scraper.
