Hello Everyone. Newish guy here from Detroit. This is my first Toyota and my first Tacoma. I purchased this 2017 TRD Sport in May of 2021 after looking around for a couple of years for a truck to replace my old SUV. The prices at this time were just beginning to take off and this one just ‘felt right’ for me. What you see in the pictures is basically what I got when I bought it. I haven’t made any major changes - I did add a front and rear mounted dash-cam and had it treated with Krown rustproofing. Other than that, I’ve spent the last 8 months driving it, using it to haul stuff, and getting to know it. I love it. It really is a great truck. Obviously it isn’t totally stock. It’s riding on 285 70/R17 Firestone Destination AT2’s mounted on Fuel Vector wheels. It has a lift – but I have no idea on what it is. I wish I knew exactly what lift was installed.
