    I'm washing clothes and it feels like I'm one wrong twist away while carrying the basket from being on the floor. :laugh:

    Hope you don't have the washer/dryer in the basement! The steps into my basement are a bit small, so carrying down a heavy basket is kinda awkward. The basement is also where I keep my beer fridge; I can assume you all know where this is going :laugh:

    Smyrna is nice you'll enjoy it there. If you want to do a special dinner night check out The Garlic or Third Wave, or check into JB's Fishcamp, or Bostons Seafood a little more laid back. The Garlic you'll want reservations.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    I have allergies therefore a very poor sense of smell and taste, my seasoning tends to be quite heavy handed.
    I didn't really put it together until the kid who worked for me said "some people might not like quite so much garlic and pepper...."

    The more High tech the equipment gets the worse the forecast.

    Then most every place just has a weather reader who goes by what the script says.

    I like just going outside and looking and smelling .

    We had a weather man when I was a kid (1980’s) named Frank Deal, if he said we wouldn’t have school tomorrow due to snow, I knew we wouldn’t have school. If he said it’s gonna snow but there will be school, I knew I had to go to school. He’s the only weather person I’ve seen who was right 99.9% of the time.

    Yes indeed those days you just knew school would be called off and it was not. Unlike in these times if it even looks like snow the school district shuts down.

    Then traffic has increased by at least 100% since my school days in the late sixties. Along with the number of unemployed lawyers .

    I think you would be fun to hang around with Rusty.
    Thrift storing sounds like a good time. I wish we had some closer to home here.
    Nice score!

    When I was a kid the legend was the school superintendent lived out in the country and had a Ford Bronco, if he could make it to the end of his driveway we had school.

    I remember the buses coming in with chains on all the time, and also putting bread bags inside my green rubber boots to keep my socks dry.

    That is a great look -- print that one so you can bring it out when she is a teenager. :rofl:

    We have a good time with the thrifts and flea markets out on road trips. It is more the thrill of the hunt, what you might find, than actually buying things. I buy CDs mostly, usually $1 each.
