2TR w/33's and regear/no regear info wanted

    Seriously! I really would love 32s or 33s, but that is a serious limiting factor.

    ^ whats a serious factor? Look at my gas gauge and mileage and then look at all the weight adding by mods and with 265's! I just hope regearing and upping the tires a little I can stay relatively close to what im getting now

    285/75/16 MTZ's.... OME lift(885s)...4:88 gears.... Front and rear ARB.... Homemade skids
    wow!!!I have rarely ever gotten much more then 340 when the light came on with my 265s and stock gears..
    That may be the difference between a prerunner and 4x4.. alot of extra weight to lug around.. I also had toyo mts on which are heavy bitches

    What weight? All I see is sliders and 4" lift.

    I do a lot of traveling, so I loosing my 23 mpg is not an option.

    I don't travel a lot but I do drive about 100 miles a day. The sliders and lift add much more weight than I ever though they would. The tires also weigh a decent amount and aren't the most economical since they are mud terrains. But ya a 4x4 definetly has the weight to a dissadvatage but also has the drivetrain to a huge advantage

    I didn't make myself as clear thinking about it now, they added weight also does nothing good for my aerodynamics. Wider stance with more of a block to hit with the front doesn't do anything for my mileage. All in all I am pleasantly suprised I get what I get and am very happy about it!

    I have 255/85/16 and the power loss is terrible!!!!!
