Well, after exhausting all my tools I still haven't retrieved the clamp. It turns over fine, so if it runs, f'in sending it. I don't feel like pulling the flywheel for a hose clamp.

Magnet, flexible claw with a magnet and light, long reach needle nose, long reach 90 degree needle nose, longggg small screwdrivers, even a long zip tie hoping to thread it and pull on both ends to get it out.

 

Well that seems to cover everything in the junk drawer. I got nothing.
