    I have no idea what the spring rates are but it did lift my car about a inch and a half to 2 inches. And the shocks were used for 100k miles because I bought them used from a friend. I would just make sure to lubricate everything really well before putting them in.

    Love these new TRD shocks. They are so beefy and smooth compared to the bilstein. If I had to do it over again, I probably would've opted to go with the stock red springs instead of the retrofit Ome springs.
