Need Wiring Help

    Unfortunately, I know enough to get myself into trouble, but ask for help when I know I'm in over my head...

    A while back I installed the SDHQ Switch Pros
    $659 SP-9100 8-Switch Panel Power System With Concealed Mounting Hardware
    SP-9100. I have a light bar and my CB wired into it so far, but I have ditch lights on their way.
    Right now, there is just a bundle of wires zip tied together under my hood...

    I know I've seen it in other installs, but what is the piece of equipment called that all the wires from the switch on one side and the other side let's you easily wire in new equipment?
    I am having a serious mental block on what it's called and my Google skills are lacking today apparently.

    Also, are there any recommendations that would work with the SwitchPro that I have installed?
