Console box inside cover

Looking for the parts list of the console box cover inside plate, not the cover but the plate on the underside. I cracked it using my elbow leaning to pull myself in.

Typically stuff like that is sold as an assembly. You'll likely have to buy the whole lid.

Otherwise, check out car-part.com. It is a database of salvage yards. You could most likely get an assembly for cheap? Don't worry about cosmetic damage to the top cover. It is very easy to swap yours over.

 

Thanks, when I checked the whole lid and on the photo it shows the plate missing. Guess we'll head to the dealer. Have to go any way, they have a recall on the cyclops brake light seals leaking or something like that.

 

Interesting. Sorry, but I cannot look it up as my Owners account has been busted for a while.


The third brake light leaks have been a struggle for many. It is good to get it looked at.

 

Saw a YouTube video of someone taking the lid apart and the fake leather and under foam comes out exposing the plastic. Maybe just reinforce it?
