    I saw this pic and loved how they have the bed rack set up.

    anyone know what products may have been used to achieve something like that?

    Looks like a Victory 4x4 setup. I could be wrong, the truck is definitely not the same (or one pic is older than another) but the setup looks similar in layout.

    I looked at your photo again and it looks like a standard, half-roof height bed rack with a couple of kayak brackets custom mounted to the cross bars and a couple of trays mounted with custom brackets. The 1 UP roof rack pictured below is a full tray so both wheels stay on the rack - but you get the idea. You could easily buy the components for the kayaks and the mountain bikes then fab up your own brackets or take it to a metal shop and have them fab up some brackets.
