I just updated and found all of the throttle tables and the throttle and ignition efficiency tables.

The throttle ones were easy, the other two were more difficult

Yes I also have your revised tables from another spreadsheet you posted and I honestly don’t think I’ve tried them yet. I liked those old values enough that I didn’t have the urge to mess with them haha I’m not too worried about mpg as I don’t usually get above 14mpg no matter what I do. I like the overly responsive snappy throttle honestly. The only complaint I have is while cruising slowly say 2nd gear 1500 or so rpm I get a stutter, almost like a miss. I will log and figure that out if it is also present on 04b14

(Anybody reading this please note that I’m on 35’s with a lot of added weight. The tune is not responsible for my terrible mpg’s it actually helped a ton. Gained 3-4mpg)

Weird I actually found the ignition efficiency tables quickly and easily. It’s the damn ptet and ptetg1 tables that are being elusive

Have you tried setting the acis to say 4K also, I tried that last year and I want to say I liked it. If I remember correctly it smoothed out that spot too but may not lose as much down low. I couldn’t tell you as I’ve never set mine down to 1k to compare but I will try it out

I have, but it still activates below that based on load.

Matt has posted more maps related to acis and throttle input etc in his next update.

As for the 1500 rpm bump or jitter, i haven't found a solution for that, almost given up.

I still log misfires at low throttle cruising as well that cause a rumble strip sensation, that happens on the factory tune as well.

I find that the truck responds well to slow throttle input, it acts goofy when you stab the throttle

Here's the new spot for PTET. Those are also the Per Gear maps below it. Note that for the MT, only PTET1G is active in the 2.0 Tunes. All gears use that map.

I don't know if this thread is completely dead or not, but I'm checking on the current status of things. Has Ultimate been released yet? It seems like everything I see is moving away from individual people learning to use the product, and just buying various pro tuners tunes. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. It just seems like sharing info has fizzled out . . .

You are on target. For the most part, there's no open collaboration going on.

Ultimate / EROM 1.2 is not out yet.

I grew tired of waiting. I got the KDMax-Pro+XT-Sport-L. I'm pleased with my purchase:thumbsup:

I asked about the newer updates to the manual tune. Specifically the throttle patch update.

I got a canned response of "manual throttle control had been available since day one"

6 months ago he said that the updates are coming soon on Facebook

In other words it probably isn't going to happen

What we got is probably all we get.

@MOC221_ I feel for you having updated calibration and getting stuck unless you have any back info

Are you still on 04B41, or did you update to 42? Any hardware changes on the truck, or just the tune? How is the the jerky throttle now?

I did update to 04B42. No other hardware changes to my truck other than 17" TRD rims and K02 tires (275/70 R17). Much smoother at 1500 RPM; not really "a thing" any more. Low speed crawling in parking lots in 2nd gear is pretty damn smooth. I'd like another 150 HP (who wouldn't?) but my truck is extremely drivable now at 73,000 miles. Love this little truck!

As Tony said, the 04B42 files were eventually released. It was quite a long wait, but I'm glad to once again have the option to run SFOB/OL and modify if I wish. Right now I'm on a modified OV OL Regular fuel tune. I have to get off my arse and load up a test tune soon though :anonymous:

I have waited for the single throttle map patch. Last update said they were preparing for release then radio silence.

Now he basically acts like it was never a thing. Is what it is. My left knee is trying to blow out on me with the stiff clutch in the winter and I'm about ready for a trade to an auto at this point.

If I trade I don't think I'll be doing any more tuning
