Solis LED lights

    summit bumper
    Hello, I am having trouble installing my pair of Solis LEDs on my Summit bumper. Following the diagram, I understand my Taco is a positive "on" beam switch, using the wiring harness for the pair of Solis lights and there is this red wire i don't understand where it goes. Is says connect to running light, is this connected to high beam or low beam?
