No longer for sale: Diode Dynamics SS3 Fog Lights.

Fits 2016-2021 Tacomas. These were on my 2018 Tacoma for only 4 months before the truck was rear-ended and totaled. Diode Dynamics said they will not fit my new 2022 Tacoma. These are $340 on the Diode Dynamics web site, so get some great nearly-new fog lights and save $60. Local pickup around Manhattan, KS, or free shipping.

 

You'd think, but I asked on their web site if the SS3 fog lights would fit on a 2022 TRD OR DCLB and this was their emailed reply: "Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately, this will only work on 2016-2021 Toyota Tacomas. If you have any further questions please let me know!"

 

$5 says they'll fit and they haven't tried so they don't want to confirm fitment

 

Could be, but I would have expected accurate info from Diode Dynamics. My Tacoma is scheduled to be built next week so maybe I'll found out by the end of January.

They will fit, my buddy just got his 2022 tacoma and installed my old set of baja designs fog light and it went it as normal.

Their info might be accurate to their knowledge. But perhaps they know nothing has changed from '21 to '22 but haven't actually gotten their hands on a '22 to confirm so until they do they are only going to commit to what they know first hand.

Either way, hang on to them for new truck to arrive and see!
